Hampton Inn Beaufort is located 1 block south of the intersection of Hwy. 170 and US Hwy. 21 behind Applebee's. We are 1 mile from downtown, 3 miles from Beaufort Municipal Airport, and 4 miles from Parris Island. We are convenient to the historical district and near all military bases. We feature 76 rooms, scenic waterfront views, elevator, outdoor pool, two suites, king special rooms equipped with micro/fridge, and golf packages.

Amenities include complimentary continental breakfast, free local calls, voice mail, and TV with cable. We also offer irons and boards, hair dryers, connecting rooms, and cribs. Pay-per-view movies, Nintendo and high speed Internet access.

2006 was another fantastic year for Chartwell. The year ahead looks to be equally as active and exciting. Much of our efforts and energies will focus around construction and opening of new hotel properties; from South Florida to Colorado Springs.

We opened a well appointed Courtyard by Marriott in Southaven (Memphis), MS in December. We are thrilled to operate three hotels in this busy market and will open a fourth property in February, the Residence Inn by Marriott.

We also added the Hampton Inn & Suites in Estero, FL to our portfolio in February. This is a beautiful property near Naples.

We will complete construction and open an additional property in Colorado Springs this summer; The Hampton Inn & Suites World Arena.

Our Home offices will be moving this summer to the new Meridian Office Park in Franklin/Cool Springs, TN.
