The Hampton Inn Brentwood is a AAA 3 diamond hotel located off I-65 at exit 74-B 8 miles south of downtown Nashville in the heart of Brentwood's business district 1 block from Maryland Farms Business Park, .5 miles from Koger Center Office Complex, and 5 minutes from the Coolsprings Galleria Mall. We are 8 miles from Music Row, 10 miles from Vanderbilt University, and 18 miles from the Grand Ole Opry and offer several options for fine dining within minutes of our hotel. We feature 112 newly updated guest rooms with your choice of two double beds, king study with king-size bed and sofa sleeper, individually controlled heating and air conditioning units, outdoor pool, and fitness center.

Amenities include complimentary hot breakfast, free local calls, and 50 channels including HBO. All rooms include voice mail, 2 phones, and hair dryer. We also offer connecting rooms, cribs, iron with ironing board, and dataport access. Laundry/valet services and meeting/banquet facilities are available for a nominal fee.

2006 was another fantastic year for Chartwell. The year ahead looks to be equally as active and exciting. Much of our efforts and energies will focus around construction and opening of new hotel properties; from South Florida to Colorado Springs.

We opened a well appointed Courtyard by Marriott in Southaven (Memphis), MS in December. We are thrilled to operate three hotels in this busy market and will open a fourth property in February, the Residence Inn by Marriott.

We also added the Hampton Inn & Suites in Estero, FL to our portfolio in February. This is a beautiful property near Naples.

We will complete construction and open an additional property in Colorado Springs this summer; The Hampton Inn & Suites World Arena.

Our Home offices will be moving this summer to the new Meridian Office Park in Franklin/Cool Springs, TN.
