Hampton Inn Southaven is located on Goodman Road West in Southaven, MS just off I-55. Minutes from Memphis, TN city limits. We are next door to Baptist DeSoto Hospital, 3 miles north of the new DeSoto Civic Center Sports Arena, and 15 minutes from downtown Memphis. Elvis Presley's Graceland is 5 miles north and Tunica Casino's are 20 miles southwest. 3 miles from Snowden Grove Baseball Complex. 3 miles from Dugans Sports Complex. Within .5 mile you can dine at Hueys Best Burger, O' Charleys, Mi Pueblo Mexican, Cracker Barrel, or Outback Steakhouse in addition to all fast foods. New furniture in all rooms as May 2003. Complimentary access to a 50,000 square foot fitness facility at Desoto Athletic Club.

Amenities include complimentary 25 item continental breakfast, in-room iron/ironing board, coffee makers, free parking, and TV with Free HBO. We also offer connecting rooms, cribs, hair dryers, outdoor pool, dataports and private voicemail. Meeting/banquet facilities are available for a nominal fee. Ninetendo and pay per view movies available. King rooms available with microwave and refrigerators.

2006 was another fantastic year for Chartwell. The year ahead looks to be equally as active and exciting. Much of our efforts and energies will focus around construction and opening of new hotel properties; from South Florida to Colorado Springs.

We opened a well appointed Courtyard by Marriott in Southaven (Memphis), MS in December. We are thrilled to operate three hotels in this busy market and will open a fourth property in February, the Residence Inn by Marriott.

We also added the Hampton Inn & Suites in Estero, FL to our portfolio in February. This is a beautiful property near Naples.

We will complete construction and open an additional property in Colorado Springs this summer; The Hampton Inn & Suites World Arena.

Our Home offices will be moving this summer to the new Meridian Office Park in Franklin/Cool Springs, TN.
