Welcome to Destin's newest Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites on Hutchinson St, across from the Midbay Bridge & the New Destin Commons shopping center. Our beautiful hotel was opened May 2002, it is located in Destin, FL known for its beautiful sandy white beaches. Now featuring our new Free Continental Smart Breakfast with the famous cinnamon rolls and smart roast coffee.

We offer lodging accommodations for corporate, leisure and groups including a selection of king, two queen beds or wheelchair accessible rooms and/or suites to meet everyones needs. Each of our rooms and suites are equipped with coffeemakers, irons & ironing boards, hair dryers, and 27" televisions with cable, CNN, ESPN, and HBO. Our suites also contain microwaves and refrigerators with wet bar.

Our hotel is FEMA approved and meets all local requirements. Holiday Inn Express Hotels & Suites is conveniently located to the beach, great shopping, and a wide variety of dining.

2006 was another fantastic year for Chartwell. The year ahead looks to be equally as active and exciting. Much of our efforts and energies will focus around construction and opening of new hotel properties; from South Florida to Colorado Springs.

We opened a well appointed Courtyard by Marriott in Southaven (Memphis), MS in December. We are thrilled to operate three hotels in this busy market and will open a fourth property in February, the Residence Inn by Marriott.

We also added the Hampton Inn & Suites in Estero, FL to our portfolio in February. This is a beautiful property near Naples.

We will complete construction and open an additional property in Colorado Springs this summer; The Hampton Inn & Suites World Arena.

Our Home offices will be moving this summer to the new Meridian Office Park in Franklin/Cool Springs, TN.
